Become a Host!

REGISTER HERE TO ATTEND THE FAIR &/OR GET LISTED IN THE DIRECTORY

REGISTRATION FULL!

Thank you for your interest in participating as a host! This fair will benefit families and organizations in two ways:  

 

1) It provides an opportunity for families to gather as a community

2) It connects families with the valuable homeschooling organizations, resources, and support services we have available in the Greater Atlanta Area and North Georgia.

If you serve the homeschool community in any way (hybrid school, co-op, learning center, therapy service provider, curriculum, etc.) and would like to represent your organization as a host at this event, we would love to have you!

Please register using the link above. Once you input your initial information, please look for a secondary email to complete the process.

 

Hosts will receive a table at the event on which to display their own marketing materials.  Your payment helps to cover the costs of the website, venue, table rentals, advertising, and more. 

SPONSOR: $150.00

  • 6' marketing table and premium placement at the event

  • "Sponsor Spotlight" blog post on the Homeschool Fair website (email to Kristin - edventureshs@gmail.com)

  • Large ad on the homepage of the North Georgia Homeschool Fair website

  • Company listing in the online Homeschool Resource Directory with highlighted placement (until the following fair)

  •  "2023 Sponsor" badge on your listing


HOST: $45.00 

  • 6' marketing table at the event

  • Company listing in the online Homeschool Resource Directory until the following fair

  •  "2023 Host" badge on your listing

HOST ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Large ad on the homepage of the North Georgia Homeschool Fair website (1 Year) - $50

  • Small ad on the homepage of the North Georgia Homeschool Fair website (1 Year) - $20


RESOURCE: $25.00
If you cannot attend, you can still be included in the online directory for the current year.



SETTING UP A GREAT TABLE:
-Bring a table cloth & decorative items (a vase of flowers, a small easel for your papers, etc.)
-Bring a visual for your table - photo display, toys, children's art or work samples, etc.
-Wear a name badge if you have one; name tags will be available
-Provide a quick facts flyer or other marketing material to hand out
-Offer a freebie or have something for the kids to "do" (corn hole, giveaway, spinning wheel for a prize, or even just a buck of toys or blocks to build with!).

 

Participants will receive an informational email about a week prior to the fair. You will receive a digital copy of the Homeschool Resource Directory, ideas on setting up a great table display, and a link to sign-up for your picnic item.
